What we hold to
Legibility over spectacle
An answer you cannot follow is a liability, however impressive it looks. We optimise for the reader who has to defend the result, not the demo that wins the room.
Provenance by default
Every claim should point at where it came from. Citations are not a feature you switch on; they are the floor. If we cannot source it, we do not assert it.
Calm, not frantic
Thoughtful work looks thoughtful. The interface moves deliberately, one easing, one accent, because a tool that feels like a slot machine teaches you to stop reading.
Honest about limits
We would rather show uncertainty than perform confidence. The research is clear that confident narration earns trust it has not earned; we try not to take that bait.
A note on this site
Loom is a Solaisoft studio proof piece. The weaves you see are scripted, deterministic demonstrations of AI-product UX, not a live model. The sources are illustrative. We built it to show that an AI product can be calm, legible, and honest - and still feel premium.
